Go to the DHCP tab and mark on the Yes option for the ‘Enable the DHCP Server’ and ‘Enable Manual Assignment’ items under the Basic Config section. 

Step 3 

From the Mac address section, choose the network device and click on the ‘+’ button to insert a valid IP address ( e.g, An IP Address between 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.1.254). After that, click on the Apply option to save. 

Step 4

After performing these steps, disconnect the router and connect it again. After that, you need to check if the Static/specific IP address is assigned correctly or not.

To do that, press the Win + X keys together to open the Command Prompt and type ipconfig/all and then press the Enter button to run this command. Once the command is executed, the assigned IP address will appear.
